Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:


  1. The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  2. You contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  3. The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Our team will review your request and assist you promptly.

Free Return Pickup


  • All approved returns will be picked up free of cost.

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged at your location.

  • In rare cases where pickup is not available, we may request you to courier the item to us, and we will reimburse the shipping charges upon verification.

Exchange Process


  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send a replacement product.

  • If the replacement is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Non-Returnable Situations

A return may not be accepted if:


  • The item is used, washed, damaged due to misuse, or missing original packaging/tags.

  • The request is made after 72 hours of delivery.
